Today has been another hot one, although not as warm as yesterday. I'm not sure if the sun agrees with me or not. The pain was really bad on Saturday morning (4am-7am) and I didn't manage to sleep Saturday afternoon but that's not the end of the world.
I've been counting on my little afternoon naps and I feel like they have been making a huge difference. Its hard to sleep when you are too hot though. (and when there is a cat in the middle of your bed, practically taking up the entire thing)!
I've been trying not to moan or complain about symptoms and how I am feeling but it's really hard to keep it in! I don't state everything I feel but I feel like i have to tell someone when I'm feeling pretty bad.
Didn't I tell you I was sick a couple of weeks ago? I guess I should look back and see but the general rule of this blog is that I don't read over old posts or I'll just get embarassed and delete them all.
I have such a big phobia of vomit so I was so proud of myself that I managed to get through it and not panic.
Nightmares have been worse and more often. Maybe it's because I'm getting too hot in bed? Maybe it's because I'm sleeping more?
I keep meaning to start using my magnesium oil again (twice a day) but it's such a pain to put on.
And as for the treatment I'm getting from the 'clinic' (the B.E.S.T testing place), I've started taking the vibrational drops which are meant to get the HPV vaccine out of my system because I was told that apparently my body thinks I have the HPV virus at the moment. Not sure what my views on it all are but I'll let you know if it works. I took some vibrational drops before and I don't know if they are the same thing or not but if they are, why didn't they get the vaccine out my body then? I have another appointment at the clinic on Thursday 17th so I'm gonna try and write and prepare a list of questions for them because there are certainly a few bits that don't make sense!
If you have had B.E.S.T testing, let me know. Has it helped you?
